Alpha Draconis offers transparent and secure payment options for software licenses and data services. All pricing is clearly displayed with no hidden fees.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept: (a) International Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (processed via Stripe); (b) Bank Transfer: Direct transfers to our business accounts; (c) Digital Wallets: PayPal and other approved e-wallets. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
2. Pricing Model
We offer two licensing models: (a) Perpetual License (One-Time): Single payment for lifetime access to the software version purchased; (b) Subscription License: Recurring payment (monthly/quarterly/annual) for continuous access to data services, updates, and premium features. All prices are displayed in USD. No hidden fees or additional charges.
3. Payment Confirmation
Card/PayPal: Instant confirmation via email. Bank Transfer: Confirmation within 1-24 business hours after verification. You will receive a receipt and license details immediately upon payment confirmation.
4. Invoicing
Electronic invoices are automatically generated and sent to your registered email address. For business/VAT invoices, please contact support before purchase with your company details.
5. Refund Policy — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with consumer protection standards, Alpha Draconis offers a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may cancel your order and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, specifically for subscription renewals or unactivated licenses.
6. Digital Content Exception (Important)
By purchasing a Lifetime License or activating a Software Product Key, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content (License Key) has been revealed, activated, or downloaded. To request a refund within the 14-day period (provided the license has not been activated), please contact support@alphadraconis.io with your Order ID.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Subscription licenses can be cancelled at any time through your Dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time within a paid period.
8. Payment Security
All payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We never store your complete card information on our servers. For payment inquiries: support@alphadraconis.io
